Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Within 14 days of delivery, if the item you received is defective or not as described, AllBling is happy to provide an immediate exchange or refund of your purchase. To initiate a return process, please contact customer service to obtain an exchange / return authorization number. We regret that we will not be able to process any exchanges / returns and refund without an authorization number.

In Short:

  • Contact customer service if you have any questions regarding your purchase
  • Please return only new, unopened items to us within 14 days of delivery
  • For any product valued over $50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt to show proof of purchase
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges
  • Grillz are sold as it is without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of this product, no returns or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages.

 

Terms & Conditions: 

  • Please carefully read our Return Policy and please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment. The Terms & Conditions of our Return Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive your return at our return addresses (listed below)
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to initiate and return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping
  • Items must be in their brand new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund
  • Please contact customer service FIRST and obtain an exchange / return authorization number prior to sending anything back to us. Items returned to us without an authorization number or that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed

Don't see your refund posted yet?

Please be rest assured that we will process your refund from our end within 7 business days once we have received your return. If you haven’t seen the refund posted, please first double check your bank / credit card account, it may take some time before they officially post your refund. 

Please do not send any items to us without obtaining an authorization number from AllBling Customer Service. We regret that we will not be able to process any exchange / return without an authorization number.
