For US destinations, we ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. At this moment we do not ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping services do you use?

Depending on where the products are warehoused we choose shipping carriers accordingly. We use ePacket, a reliable and trackable service by China Post to ship products to worldwide customers. Read more about us.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide FREE global shipping on all orders over US$29. For orders under US$29, a moderate shipping fee of US$3.99 will be charged.

How long will shipping take?

It normally takes 10 ~ 18 business days for most packages to arrive in your destinations. For each order shipped, we'll provide a tracking number once shipped. You can track the status with ePacket Tracking.

Please be rest assured that we will ensure your order gets to you, or we will provide a reshipment or refund.

When will I get my Tracking Number?

It takes normally 48 hours to process an order. Once we place the shipping order with the carrier we will get a tracking number within the next 48 hours. We will then upload this tracking number to our system where you can login to see it.
